We are looking for a full time instructor able to teach a wide-variety of UX subjects over a 12-week program.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Teach Monday – Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm.
  • Review and give feedback on assignments daily.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to students and on student projects.
  • Help find real world projects for students to work on and hone their skills.
  • Invite your personal network and others into the community for the benefit of students.

What you’ve done:

  • Formal and/or informal teaching, coaching, and/or mentoring of UX material and projects.
  • Empathy for students’ situations and that unique ability to connect with students in meaningful ways that inspire and facilitate a student’s ability and motivation to learn.
  • Been a UX practitioner across many situations (startup, growth company, large company, agency, etc.).
  • Been a UX practitioner across many project types: mobile app, enterprise app, IoT, design research, usability testing, etc.
  • Built a strong network of UX colleagues and companies that can be leveraged for the benefit of the students.

  • Led the go-to-market sales function in in early-stage technology companies as either a founder, co-founder or sales leader
  • Formal and/or informal teaching, coaching and mentoring Sales, Marketing and Business Development material and projects
  • Empathy for students’ situations and that unique ability to connect with students in meaningful ways that inspire and facilitate a student’s ability and motivation to learn
  • Sales practitioner across many methodologies (Sales Learning Curve, SPIN Selling, BANT Qualification, Challenger Sale, Predictable Revenue, etc.)

Job Descriptions

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Marketing Director in executing day-to-day marketing activities, which includes O2O Marketing initiates & plans, monitoring traffic & engagement on all digital channels, initiating & implementation of growth on client’s sales channels. and progress of growth development activities Above, Through & Below the Line.
  2. Responsible for all social media accounts.
  3. Responsible for all digital analytical & ad accounts.
  4. Work closely with section heads in identifying & managing all trade & marketing events.
  5. Closely monitor lead funnels.
  6. Maintain & populate leads generations & data.
  7. Work closely with Corporate PR personnel on all PR related matters.
  8. Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships, both directly and cross functionally.

 

Requirements:

  1. Strong knowledge & skilled in SEO, SEM, Google Webtools, EDM, FB, Linkedin Analytics & Management.
  2. At least 3 years of working experience in Digital Marketing.
  3. Preferably Senior Executives specialized in Loyalty Platforms, eCommerce Retail or equivalent.
  4. Fluent in English.
  5. Able to work under pressure.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Execute day-to-day sales activities, which includes sales visitation, updating new business potentials / share up potentials in the system, feedback on customer performance, satisfactions, and progress of business development activities.
  2. Responsible for securing new customers and maintaining existing merchant accounts.
  3. Meet and exceed target Sales KPIs set in terms of contributing and generating revenue for the company.
  4. Conduct and report minimum number of sales leads set by the management and transform a minimum of those into revenue generating business.
  5. Maintain records of customer details and sales visits.
  6. Identify potential customers and convert them to paid customers.
  7. Follow up on customer communications in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Support Customer Service and work closely with Client Management and Operations teams on the execution of merchant agreements.
  9. Represent and promote the services in events, corporate functions, association meetings, and any other channels.
  10. Assimilate market information and take part in overall business development through weekly / monthly sales meetings.
  11. Follow up with clients for outstanding supported by Finance team.
  12. Organize merchant briefing and activities to generate leads.
  13. Prepare budgetary forecasts, including profit-loss and return-on-investment projections and monitor as appropriate.
  14. Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships, both directly and cross functionally.
  15. Handling of customer’s feedback.

 

Requirements:

  1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in any field.
  2. At least 5 years of working experience in Sales & Business Development.
  3. Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Sales – e-Commerce or equivalent.
  4. Fluent in English.
  5. Able to work under pressure.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Main Purpose of Job: To promote, coordinate and facilitate training programs and classes for Commerce.Asia Accelerator. To identify potential collaboration opportunity with external parties and build a strong community.

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  1. Promotes and explains training program content and structure to prospective participants, including entry requirements.
  2. Recruit students and ensure KPIs are met.
  3. Assist students in choosing training programs and/or clarifying training goals.
  4. Research accurate and up-to-date training information in the start-up and e-commerce industry.
  5. Consult with trainers about changes to courses and programs, course scheduling, admission and graduation requirements.
  6. Assist trainers by managing online learning tools to provide resources to students and prepares training materials printouts, evaluation forms, assessment sheets, post-training report and certificates for students.
  7. Maintain administrative and program information files, and confidential student records for accuracy, consistency, decision making and future reference.
  8. Coordinate program and class schedules, training facilities booking, setup and catering arrangement.
  9. Develop and maintain operating procedures that minimize the likelihood and impact of errors.
  10. Participate in relevant exhibitions and events to promote programs through presentations.
  11. Identify and explore collaboration opportunities with external parties, such as universities, co-working space providers, business incubators/accelerators, government agencies, etc.
  12. Monitor course enrollment and make recommendations to trainers and management regarding programs based on program demand and students’ feedback.
  13. Manage sensitive situations and resolve complaints at an early stage to minimize conflict and prevent escalation.
  14. Foster strong relationships with other departments to ensure effective communication, especially Marketing Department on all marketing-related matters for Accelerator.
  15. Build a community consists of mentors, trainers, key industry players and students.
  16. To carry out any other duties as may be expected in a post of this level.

 

Requirements/Qualifications:

 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field

 

Experience:

  • Experience in academic advising or related careers in training or accelerator business is preferred
